Our Ellie is an Agent of Change!

Evermore’s newly appointed relationship manager, Ellen Kerr, has been nominated as an Agent of Change in the Northern Power Women Awards.Ellen Kerr, Evermore Relationship Manager

The awards celebrate the women and men working towards creating gender balance in organisations across the entire Northern Powerhouse. The Agent of Change category acknowledges individuals who have strived to shift the status quo and transform or achieve lasting improvements in gender equality.

The third Northern Power Women Awards will be announced at a ceremony on 6 March 2018 at the Hilton Hotel, Deansgate Manchester.

Sara McKee, Evermore Founder, said: “This nomination is further testimony to Ellie’s commitment to challenging the status quo, driving change that benefits local communities and society as a whole. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better person to join our team as relationship manager, and we look forward to celebrating with Ellie at the awards in March.”

In response to her nomination, Ellie said: “It was a complete shock to be nominated but I’m so proud to be associated with these awards.  Women in the Northern Powerhouse regions are making a huge difference in addressing gender equality and I’ll continue to fight against discrimination.”
